Yannick's golden and crispy nut tart recipe – France Bleu

Both tender and crunchy, this tart is the go-to dessert for nut lovers. This gourmet recipe is made with a homemade shortbread dough cooked in white. Follow Yannick's explanations, this cake is easy to make.

The walnut is one of the symbolic nuts of the fall. "Du Périgord" (AOC since 2002) or "De Grenoble" (AOC since 1938), walnuts provide dietary fiber as well as vitamins (B9 and B1 among others) and magnesium.
Walnut kernels also contain melatonin, called the "sleep hormone".

The ingredients for the nut tart recipe:

  • 100g of fromage blanc or crème fraîche
  • 100g of strong coffee
  • 70g brown sugar
  • 70g white sugar
  • 40g melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 180g walnuts
  • A shortbread baked for 15 to 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °
