Xiaomi's spokesperson and product marketing manager for the Poco brand unveiled some first official features of the upcoming Poco X3. Surprises on the horizon? Not really…
At Xiaomi, the galaxy of brands that revolves around the parent company would almost make us dizzy. Let’s try to explain briefly and simply the position of Poco, a very active entity in India, but also present in Europe and to which we owe the Pocophone F1 in August 2018 and the Poco F2 Pro a few months ago.
64-megapixel rear sensor
The fact is that the brand is now working on a new mobile device, the worthy successor to the X2 which is not listed in France. Her name ? The Poco X3, logically. And the group’s product marketing manager and spokesperson, Angus Kai Ho Ng, was somewhat chatty on social media Twitter.
Massive battery with a blazing fast charging speed.⚡️
Compare to a well known mid-ranger, we take the lead.
I shall explain how we achieved this in our official launch.#POCOisBACK # POCOX3 NFC pic.twitter.com/CeqKpM3vRQ

The interested party has indeed shared the first official characteristics of the phone, which will host, for example, a 64 megapixel rear sensor.
Is this a great revolution? No. Its predecessor already hosted one, although new features supposed to improve overall performance would be there, says Angus Kai Ho Ng.
100% in 65 minutes
Also, the model would be able to recover 100% of its battery within 65 minutes. To praise the speed of its product, Poco compared it to the Samsung A71, whose 4500 mAh battery would recharge in 1h20 (1h15 according to our test) thanks to its 36.3 W adapter.
The brand will not fail to communicate more on this subject in the coming months. It would also be interesting to know if the Poco X3 could see the light of day or not in France.
