In November 2019, PNY joined forces with La Maison Plisson to offer a French cheese burger Le Vieux-Lille. A unique and ephemeral creation that the two brands had added to their menu. Unfortunately this insane dish is no longer available. However, for the more nostalgic among us, it is possible to do it at home.

The PNY x La Maison Plisson burger

Ingredients:
1 fresh baker’s bun
1 minced steak
30g sliced ​​iceberg salad
50g of Old Lille not too refined
50g sliced ​​mushrooms

For the sauce:
20g of homemade mayonnaise
10g fresh cream
4g strong mustard

For the caramelized onions:
50g thinly sliced ​​onions
3cl of blond beer

Sauce recipe:
Mix all the ingredients and set aside.

Recipe for caramelized onions:
Caramelize the onions. At the end of cooking, deglaze with beer and set aside.

Assembly of the burger:
Fry the mushrooms. Put the ground beef to cook. Season it and place the Vieux-Lille on it to melt. Cut the bun in 2 and toast.

Assemble the burger in this order:
– Bottom bun
– Iceberg salad
– Minced steak with Old Lille
– Mushrooms
– Caramelized onions
– Sauce
– Top bun
