After a lemon pie " extremely simple », Cyril Lignac chose a dish that mixes comfort and Italian cuisine, everything you need to feast on this back-to-school day. Staggeringly simple, this creation is also full of taste. In All in the kitchen, back on M6, the chef showed how he made a rolled bolognese pizza. For the occasion he had invited actress Julie Ferrier and was once again in the company of his sidekick Jérôme Anthony. Always in a good mood, as usual, the cook shared his little secrets for a successful dish.
To make this rolled bolognese pizza you will need the following ingredients:
- A roll of pizza dough bought or made by you
- 450g cooked bolognese meat
- 3 mozzarellas in a ball or 180g grated
- 1 egg
- Espelette pepper
- Olive oil
- Some basil leaves
- Some salad
- Salt and pepper
- Vinegar and mustard (for the dressing)
You will need the following utensils:
- 1 saucepan
- 1 spatula
- 1 rolling pin
- 1 slicing knife
- 1 mold
- 1 brush
- 1 ramekin
- 1 salad bowl
- 1 whisk
- 2 tbsp
Step 1: the stuffing
Leave the dough in the fridge until the last moment. Once out of the fridge, roll it out in the shape of a rectangle. Then cut it into four strips. Beforehand, cook the meat according to your taste in the pan. Then sprinkle the mozzarella dough before placing the cooked meat.
Step 2: shaping the pizza
take care of place the meat in the center of the strips before folding down the sides and pinching them together. This should form elongated sausages. Then place these sausages in the mold so that they wrap around themselves and that the pinch is inward. Drizzle with the beaten egg. Place your dish in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Once the pizza is out, place your a few basil leaves and the espelette pepper on top.
Step 3: preparing the salad
In the salad bowl, prepare your vinaigrette by mixing the mustard, vinegar, then oil and hot water, while whisking everything together. Add the salad leaves at the end before mixing again. After arranging the salad next to your rolled bolognese pizza, you are ready to feast!
