Toyota RAV4 plug-in hybrid (2020): from € 61,500 – Auto Plus

Presented in November 2019 at the Los Angeles auto show, the new Toyota RAV4 in its plug-in hybrid version is now available on the French market. Its price is therefore known!

So count from … € 61,500! At this price you will have a 2.5L atmospheric four-cylinder petrol engine with Atkinson cycle and two small electric motors (one at the front and the other at the rear) for a total power of 306 horses sent to four wheels.

Toyota announces 0 to 100 km / h in 6.2 seconds, CO2 emissions below 29 g / km (according to the WLTP cycle) and an electric range of more than 65 km thanks to a high-capacity lithium-ion battery .

One finish for the RAV4 PHEV

Only one finish, called "Collection", is currently available in the catalog. It includes as standard 18-inch black alloy wheels, hands-free access and starting, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, heated front seats, 360 vision, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring or a touch screen 8 inches with GPS navigation.

€ 13,000 more than the hybrid

In France, the fifth generation of the Toyota RAV4 has so far existed only in a simple hybrid, in two or four wheel drive (218 or 222 horsepower). For comparison, the RAV4 hybrid in "Collection" finish and four-wheel drive, like the rechargeable hybrid, is displayed from € 48,500.

The first deliveries of the RAV4 plug-in hybrid (PHEV) are scheduled for the beginning of 2021.
