"Tous en cuisine": the list of ingredients for the week from September 7 to 11: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

Monday September 7, 2020, a new cooking week is announced on M6. For viewers of All in the kitchen, this means that you must already prepare the ingredients for future recipes. From September 7 to 11, the faithful who religiously follow the culinary show orchestrated by Cyril Lignac and Jérôme Anthony will be able to prepare vegetable and tuna lasagna, a peach salad with herbs, pancakes with eggs, ham and cheese, pancakes with suzettes, sautéed beef and soy sauce, a plum clafoutis, a tomato vermicelli soup, a tian of vegetables, a summer salad and finally a Savoy cake with a fruit compote. A gourmet week that promises to be rich in adventures with the participation of course of new personalities. Here is the list of ingredients and utensils to prepare.

Monday September 7:

DISH: VEGETABLE AND TUNA LASAGNA

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 5 sheets of dry lasagna dough cooked in salted water for 3 minutes
  • 1 courgette, cut into long slices of 3 mm
  • ½ eggplant, cut into long slices of 3 mm, cooked in a pan
  • 200g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 300g tuna in olive oil
  • 300g of slightly reduced tomato sauce or tomato coulis or crushed tomato
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and degermed
  • 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 40g flour
  • 40g butter
  • 50cl of whole milk
  • 125g grated Parmesan or another grated cheese
  • 1 piece of grated Parmesan or other grated cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Fine salt and freshly ground pepper

Utensils :

  • 1 sauté pan + 1 spatula
  • 1 saucepan + 1 whisk
  • 1 oven-safe dish + 1 microplane

DESSERT: PEACH SALAD WITH HERBS

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 4 peeled white peaches
  • juice and zest of 1⁄2 a lime
  • 20g brown sugar
  • the leaves of 1 branch of tarragon
  • the leaves of 1 sprig of mint
  • the leaves of 1 branch of basil

Utensils :

  • 1 paring knife + 1 microplane grater + 1 mortar + 1 pestle + 1 large serving plate

Tuesday September 8:

DISH: EGG HAM CHEESE CAKE

The ingredients for 4 people

For the galette:

  • 350g buckwheat flour
  • 75cl of water
  • 1 egg

For garnish :

  • 4 slices of white ham
  • 150g of grated cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g semi-salted butter
  • Neutral oil
  • Fine salt and freshly ground pepper

Utensils :

  • 1 salad bowl + 1 whisk + 1 ladle + 1 crepe maker + 1 spatula
  • 1 sheet of absorbent paper + 1 plate

DESSERT: SUZETTE CREPE

The ingredients for 4 people

For the pancake batter:

  • 300g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. oil soup
  • 70cl of whole milk
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon of sugar
  • 5cl of orange blossom water
  • 1 orange zest
  • Neutral oil

For the orange butter:

  • 100g butter
  • 1 orange zest
  • 1 orange juice
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 15g icing sugar
  • 5cl of Grand Marnier (optional)

For the finish:

  • 25g butter for cooking
  • 1 orange peeled and cut into thin slices
  • Some candied zest (optional)

Utensils :

  • 1 salad bowl + 1 spoon
  • 1 salad bowl + 1 whisk + 1 ladle + 1 crepe maker + 1 spatula
  • 1 sheet of absorbent paper + 1 plate

Wednesday September 9:

DISH: SAUTÉED BEEF SOY SAUCE

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 480g beef (tenderloin or flank steak or rump steak)
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce (optional) or nuoc-mâm sauce
  • 1 tbsp. concentrated soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. of honey
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
  • 1 onion, peeled and minced
  • 100g of bean sprouts
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • ½ cucumber cut into sticks
  • Some salad leaves
  • A few mint leaves, coriander
  • 1 handful of crushed peanuts
  • Neutral oil
  • Fine salt and freshly ground pepper

Utensils :

  • 1 board + 1 slicing knife
  • 1 spoon + 1 salad bowl
  • 1 wok pan or other + 1 spatula

DESSERT: CLAFOUTIS AUX MIRABELLES

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 400g of mirabelles
  • 200g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 150g of sugar
  • 50cl of milk
  • 1 pinch of fine salt
  • 2 tbsp. mirabelle plum brandy (optional)

Utensils :

  • 1 salad bowl + 1 whisk + 1 spoon
  • 1 baking dish
  • 1 pan + 1 plate covered with 1 sheet of absorbent paper

Thursday September 10:

STARTER: TOMATO AND VERMICELLA SOUP

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 1 kg of beef heart tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 20g butter
  • 50g angel hair vermicelli
  • Coarse salt and fine salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

Utensils :

  • 1 salad bowl + 1 spatula + 1 paring knife
  • 1 piping bag without piping + 1 ovenproof dish + 1 tablespoon

DISH: VEGETABLE TIAN

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 300g crushed tomatoes
  • 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and degermed
  • 2 Chinese eggplants (long) cut into 3mm slices
  • 2 long zucchini cut into 3mm slices
  • 2 long yellow zucchini cut into 3mm slices
  • Olive oil
  • Thyme leaves and basil leaves
  • Fine salt and fleur de sel and freshly ground pepper

Utensils :

  • 1 salad bowl + 1 spatula + 1 paring knife
  • 1 piping bag without piping + 1 ovenproof dish + 1 tablespoon

Friday September 11:

MAIN: LAST SUMMER SALAD

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 250g cooked bulgur or cooked freekeh or cooked quinoa
  • 4 tomatoes without peduncle
  • ½ cucumber cut into thin slices
  • 4 small spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 green pepper, cut into thin slices
  • 200g feta
  • 25g black olives
  • Some capers
  • A few oregano leaves
  • 9cl of olive oil
  • 3cl of lemon juice
  • Fleur de sel and freshly ground pepper

Utensils :

  • 1 small salad bowl + 1 spoon
  • 1 board + 1 knife
  • 1 dish

DESSERT: SAVOIE CAKE AND FRUIT COMPOTE

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 40g flour
  • 40g of starch
  • 4 eggs
  • 80g icing sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ gelatin sheet
  • 150g raspberry puree
  • 40g of caster sugar
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 orange
  • 1 dozen raspberries

Utensils :

  • 1 salad bowl + 1 spatula + 1 sieve
  • 1 mixer with whisk or hand robot + 1 spatula + 1 microplane
  • 1 salad bowl
  • 1 saucepan + 1 whisk + 1 frying pan
