  • 1 rectangle pizza dough roll if possible

  • 3 mozzarella balls or 180 g grated mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • Some basil leaves
  • Some salad leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Fine salt and freshly ground pepper
  • For the vinaigrette: 15 cl of neutral oil, 40 g of wine vinegar, 40 g of mustard and 50 g of hot water

  • 180 to 200g of cooked corn
  • 1 spring onion or ½ chopped onion
