For 2 strawberry granola
For the granola:
- 1 tbsp of almond milk
- 10 g of agave syrup
- 15 g of crushed hazelnuts
- 30 g oatmeal
For the pastry cream:
- 1 egg
- 200 ml almond milk
- 5 g of cornstarch
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 40 g of skyr
In a bowl, spoon together the oatmeal, hazelnuts, 1 tbsp of almond milk and agave syrup. On a baking sheet, covered with baking paper, place this granola in a small pie ring, to form a circle. Remove the ring and cook for 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
In a saucepan, combine the egg, the vanilla sweet, the cornstarch and the 200 ml of almond milk. Thicken the cream over low heat. Remove from the heat and add the skyr.
