The health crisis has happened there. Apple officially confirmed at the end of July that the release of the new IPhone would be postponed. The new phone will not be presented in September as originally planned. The production of the devices has been disrupted by supply and logistics issues generated by the crisis linked to the Covid-19 pandemic. Apple CFO Luca Maestri told shareholders the stock would be available "a few weeks later" according to The Verge. But he didn't say whether the entire stock will go on sale later, or if the new iPhone will even go on sale, but in limited quantities to begin with.
The iPhone 12 is eagerly awaited by fans. At this time, its versions are not officially known. Rumors, relayed by BFM TV, speak of four different models, compatible with the 5G network. These are said to be more modern versions of the iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 pro Max. A more compact terminal, with a 5.4-inch screen, could complete the future range. Apple could still choose to present this new accessory during an event in September, even if the devices will not be ready until October.
