Manufacturers are looking for a way to extend the autonomy of our smartphones, or at least to get around the problem. For example, we have less energy-consuming processors or better optimized OS. On the other hand, some are betting on fast charging, like OnePlus. But to have a good autonomy, there is a simple solution: acquire a large battery.

Huawei’s Mate 50 Pro could capitalize on this. The Chinese site Sina unveils the technical sheet of the terminal and the first thing that jumps to the eyes is good the monstrous 7000 mAh battery. With such a capacity, the user should rest easy for a while. In addition to that, the leak evokes a fast charge of 65 Watts.

The Huawei Mate 50 Pro has an enticing technical sheet

The technical sheet itself is very attractive. The smartphone would have a 6.8-inch OLED panel with a definition of 1176 x 2400 pixels with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It is assumed that it would be equipped with a Kirin 9000 SoC, which we already know, 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of memory .

The photo has always been the strong point of the Chinese manufacturer since the beginning of its partnership with Leica. The Mate 50 Pro should be no exception and should be equipped with a 64-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel Telephoto, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle as well as a 0.4-megapixel depth sensor. For the OS, it’s still a bit hazy. It is not yet known whether the terminal will be equipped with Android (without Google’s software suite) or its in-house operating system: Harmony OS.

For the moment, Huawei has not announced a presentation date for its Mate 50 Pro, which should be accompanied by a classic Mate 50, a P50 Pro + and a Mate 50 RS. All that remains is to wait for the Chinese manufacturer to feel ready.
