Volvo Cars is investing in the training of its after-sales workforce through a new collaboration with GARAC and the opening of a Volvo Cars class open to young professional bachelors.
Seven Volvo dealerships across France are partners in this training program. After taking an active part in setting up the partnership and meeting candidates locally, they integrate apprentices into their workforce. One-off courses will also be organized in the Volvo Car France training center with the technical trainers of the brand to complete the course.
In order for the total immersion in the brand universe to continue during the 21 weeks of training at GARAC, Volvo Car France has provided the necessary equipment for future technicians to apply their knowledge. At a ceremony held on October 17 at the Garac, Volvo Car France handed over the keys to four vehicles in its hybrid range, four VIDA stations to carry out diagnostics, diesel and gasoline engines, automatic gearboxes. and manual and tooling required for various interventions.

At the end of the TEAVA CQP, qualified technicians will provide preventive and corrective maintenance for all Volvo models. This training course also allows them to automatically validate half of the VOLTECH training cycle, the highest level of technical qualification within the Volvo brand.
