François Perret's chocolate cake recipe

-110g of 70% chocolate
-90g of semi-salted butter
-3 large eggs
-80 g of brown sugar
-50g of flour

Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer. Then add the chocolate and melted butter mixture. Finish with the sifted flour. Bake at 180 * C for 10 min. Note, it must remain flowing in the center for more indulgence.
