Bugatti gives us a new series of images where the brand's test driver, Andy Wallace, seems to have pushed the car to its limits, he who was taking it in hand for the first time. It was also the day of the firsts for the British driver since he was also discovering the Nardò track.
"I tried to get a vague idea of what to expect", explains Andy Wallace. “It's amazing how the Chiron Pure Sport devours the corners on the track. I'm really impressed with the smoothness and balance of the chassis, the level of grip, the precision of the handling and the speed and the safety with which the Chiron Pur Sport accelerates in the corners. This car exceeds my expectations ".
"I have been doing this job for a few years now, but this is the first time that I come to Nardò", he explains. "I like the track very well, especially the course for mastering handling with its many and varied turns. The quick right-left-right combinations are a real pleasure with the Chiron Pur Sport. The gearbox with shorter ratios ensures a Even more brutal acceleration out of bends. The maximum transverse acceleration is incredible. The Chiron Pur Sport provides direct feedback to the rider, which makes driving easier. ".
From autumn 2020, Bugatti will produce, in Molsheim in Alsace, 60 examples of the Chiron Pur Sport, each sold three million euros. The first customers will have the chance to be delivered this year.
