The A350 engines under the watchful eye of Rolls-Royce – Aerospatium

Rolls-Royce announced in mid-August that it had discovered "signs of wear" on some Trent XWB-84 engines powering the A350-900s, and was due to carry out inspections "as a precaution." The affected engines did not experience any particular problem, but Rolls-Royce has indicated that it is performing these inspections as a precaution on all Trent XWB-84s with a similar lifespan.
