Its factories succeeded in assembling 145,036 vehicles during the third quarter, an increase of 76% compared to 2019. Its California site has returned to its pre-Covid production level. As for his " Gigafactory Shanghai, which opened at the end of last year, is ramping up and is expected to reach 250,000 vehicles a year alone, Model 3s and Model Ys – sold from $ 40,000 to $ 50,000. In July and August, Chinese customers bought 23,300. It's only a beginning !

In Europe, Tesla is banking on its future German plant near Berlin to meet demand. The automaker plans to add another in the United States in Austin, Texas, at the end of next year. Tesla thinks big. Very large.
