Sylvan Rock: A private house designed by Aston Martin
Created in partnership with S3 Architecture, this Hudson Valley residence is the first to be owned by the automaker.
The first private house project signed by Aston Martin, the group is not yet at its first attempt in real estate, notably after the construction of the Aston Martin Residences. The property, which stretches over 22 hectares, houses an incredible 555-square-foot home, reflecting the prestige and reputation the British manufacturer enjoys throughout the world.
In the Hudson Valley, just a few hours from New York, this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom residence exudes the Aston Martin spirit with its modernist construction and colors, a feeling reinforced by the use of blackened cedar and many bay windows that make this residence worthy of that of the hero James Bond. In addition, the land also houses two other reception areas, namely a cabin perched in the canopy and the pool house.
In addition to the wine cellar and the swimming pool, the 3-seater garage is obviously designed to accommodate and protect your most precious vehicles. To celebrate this project, the brand has even designed – in collaboration with S3 Architecture – an exclusive model of its DBX, called "Onyx Black".
If its construction is scheduled for the beginning of the year 2021 for a price of around 7.7 million dollars (6.5 million euros), discover the first images of this future Sylvan Rock through the photo gallery below.
