Stellantis (PSA – Fait Chrysler) has called an Extraordinary General Meeting for March 8 to approve the distribution to shareholders of a maximum of 54,297,006 Faurecia ordinary shares and up to € 308 million.
The shareholders of Stellantis, resulting from the recent marriage between PSA Peugeot-Citroën and Fiat Chrysler, are summoned to an EGM. The new auto giant has published the convening notice for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the distribution to holders of Stellantis ordinary shares of a maximum number of 54,297,006 Faurecia ordinary shares and up to € 308 million, ie the proceeds received by Peugeot from the sale of Faurecia ordinary shares carried out last October.
Remember that this distribution was planned as part of the marriage between PSA and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, which was recently finalized. The AGE will be held virtually on March 8. Given the Covid-19 epidemic, shareholders will not be allowed to attend the EGM in person. New world car number 4, Stellantis has an impressive number of major brands (Peugeot, DS, Fiat, Opel, Citroën, Chrysler, etc.). For the 2021 fiscal year, JPMorgan is already anticipating sales of around 152 billion euros and an adjusted EBIT margin of around 7.1%.
