Exor (Agnelli family) and Peugeot 1810 have entered into a reciprocal consultation agreement on Stellantis, of which they are among the main shareholders.
The Agnelli and the Peugeot are strengthening their relationship, with the stated aim of supporting Stellantis in its long-term success. On the occasion of the first annual general meeting of Stellantis (resulting from the merger between PSA and Fiat Chrysler), Exor and Peugeot 1810, two major shareholders of the car manufacturer, announce that they have entered into a reciprocal consultation agreement with the aim of to strengthen relations between the Agnelli and Peugeot families. The objective of the agreement is to promote free exchange but does not provide for any obligation regarding the exercise of voting rights or coordinated actions with regard to their respective rights and obligations as shareholders of Stellantis.
Exor and Peugeot 1810 will remain free at all times to exercise their voting rights in Stellantis autonomously and independently, at their sole discretion, and without being bound by any discussions that may take place between them. These meetings will also be an opportunity for representatives of the two families to discuss subjects of common interest, such as good practices in the conduct of family affairs.
