  • 300 g flour
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 C. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 90 g butter
  • salt
  • 400 g ricotta
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • chocolate chips



In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix.


Then add the diced butter. Mix. Add the egg, then the vanilla extract. Mix with your fingers to form the crumbled side.


Separately, put the ricotta in a salad bowl. Pour in the vanilla sugar. Then the lemon zest. Mix everything together with a spoon or spatula.


In your dish, place half of the crumbled dough. It should be compact at the bottom of the dish. Flatten well.


Then pour the cream over the entire surface. Then cover with the rest of the crumbled dough.


Bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes. Decorate with chocolate chips.
