The weather is fine, the weather is good, life flows like a song, and the contents of our plate are lighter to withstand the scorching temperatures. In the middle of the summer season, we rely on waterlogged fruits and vegetables (like watermelon and cucumber) to quench our thirst. We associate them with feta for a taste trip to Greece, or burrata whose creaminess makes us melt. Citrus fruits will also be particularly appreciated to bring freshness to our meals, as will mint, a fragrant herb that we do not hesitate to integrate into our starters, main courses but also desserts. We opt for cold specialties such as gazpachos, light, as well as raw preparations. Tartars, ceviche and carpaccio are in the spotlight this season!
