8 slices of sandwich bread
4 slices of smoked trout and / or 1 trout fillet (300 g)
150 g fresh cheese (plain or seasoned)
A few salad leaves like spinach leaves

Seasoning:
1 lemon (lime)
Fleur de sel and freshly ground pepper

– Cut the crust of the sandwich bread. Grill the slices.

– Mince smoked trout. In a frying pan without fat, fry the trout fillet on both sides for about 30 seconds to obtain half-cooking. Season with fleur de sel and pepper.

– Spread the cream cheese on one side of each slice of sliced ​​bread.

– Assemble the club sandwiches by alternating smoked trout, semi-cooked trout and salad. Cut the club sandwiches in half then serve with lemon wedges (lime).
