Take cooked beets, remove the skin and take a third of beet for the slightly sweet side, and 700g of strawberries.
We use a blender, just a cold mix of raw product. We blend. And for the seasoning, we will put salt, pepper, and we will raise with a small touch of balsamic vinegar. It is served well chilled. So, for someone who does not want meat, it can be very nice as a starter, but you can also make pretty verrines as an appetizer.
You can decorate it, with a little whipped cream for the aesthetic side. You can also put a small brunoise of hard-boiled egg or a small quenelle of mascarpone.
