Recipe: a good autumn cocktail – Glamor

The Klay's bar goes into winter time with a new seasonal cocktail menu such as Milos: a well shaked concoction, with lavender, lemon and Skinos, a Greek liqueur made from sap.

For a cocktail
1.5 cl lavender syrup
3 cl lemon juice
2 cl Skinos
5 cl Sailor & Jerry
1.5 cl egg white
