Toyota has just introduced a brand new addition to the range: the Highlander. Previously dedicated to the American and Japanese markets, the 7-seater premium SUV is coming to Europe for the first time with this fourth generation.

Under its hood, this Toyota Highlander hides a 2.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid that develops 248 horsepower. It did not take less to put into action its 2,170 kg and 4.96 meters long. Despite a bus size, this Japanese SUV claims to be able to display an average of 7.0 liters / 100 km and to drive 80% of the time in 100% electric mode.

We went to the Vallée de Chevreuse with this mastodon to check all of this and find out if it was able to overshadow its 7-seater competitors.
