Here is the return of a version we know, the AMG GT "Night Edition".
This version or equipment package appeared on the AMG GT a few years ago. It returns in 2020 on the new model with V8 4.0 L Biturbo engine of 530 hp and should delight those who appreciate black Mercedes-Benz that are not… Black Series.
Black is back and buyers like it
This AMG GT "Night Edition" is dressed in the AMG Exterior Night Pack, which turns all black.
We thus find a black chrome radiator grille, a black carbon fiber roof or, on the roadster, a black soft top. The original equipment adds black aluminum rims in 19 and 20 inches in diameter as well as blackened brake calipers.
Any metallic or shiny part turns black and in the end, only the star on the grille remains chrome.
The color Black is delivered as standard but you can also choose between Obsidian Black Metallic, Selenite Gray Metallic and Designo Graphite Gray Magno, optional, which is a mat color (as in the photos below).
Dark atmosphere on board
The Cockpit of the Coupé or the Roadster offers the AMG Performance sport seats, the AMG Interior Night package, the decorative inserts in Piano Black finish, the AMG Sport steering wheel in Dinamica fiber (a kind of Alcantara or suede) with leather midpoint black, black nappa leather upholstery and a "Night Edition" badge.
As an option, buyers can have mixed Carbon Fiber / Piano Black lacquer inserts.
Under the hood, we find the V8 4.0 L Biturbo engine in its new strong version of 530 hp associated with the Mercedes BVA7.
The Night Edition Pack is billed in Germany at a price of € 12,528 which is added to the € 119,079.80 for the Coupé or to the € 130,679.80 for the roadster (still at the German price).
This Mercedes-AMG GT "Night Edition" will be available for sale as soon as orders for this new AMG GT 530 hp open.
