Our gourmet partners will be with you, live, on our Occitanie Pierres Facebook page, for a recipe… You will be able to make the recipe from A to Z with the chef and appreciate these tips. We will answer all your questions! »Specifies Manon Rousserie of Inova Cuisine – Occitanie Pierres. In this first live, chef Abdeslam Lahrour, chef of the Bistrot Chic – Monsempron Libos restaurant (47), will offer 2 recipes – Roasted langoustines and pea cream and seared tuna loin on a bed of asparagus with two citrus fruits – (with the participation of Château les Croisille for the food and wine pairing).
