If you like vintage vehicles and build LEGO or LEGO Technic kits in your spare time, this Bentley Blower 4.5 liter 1927-1931, visible on the LEGO Ideas platform, should get your support.
This model, imagined and produced by the Briton "17BenBricks", is in fact awaiting your support to arrive perhaps one day on the shelves of your favorite toy stores. For this he will need to obtain the 10,000 votes essential to be officially supported by LEGO, and that by June 2021 (he has already received nearly 6,000 votes).
This project, started in August 2018, combines elements from LEGO and LEGO Technic boxes, and required eight months of work for its creator. But the time spent is up to the end product.
This Bentley Blower, the main livery of which is made from two different green shades ("Dark racing green" and "Camouflage green"), has, like the model of which it is a miniature replica, a functional steering system using the model's mechanism. original, removable engine cover, spare wheel and storage space, as well as a rear differential connected to the engine, which means that the engine crankshaft rotates when the car is pushed.
While the Crewe manufacturer has just launched with the support of Mulliner experts, the assembly of twelve “recreation” examples of the famous 4.5-liter supercharged Team Blower from 1929 (proof that classic models are still successful), this miniature version should undoubtedly find its place in the hearts of fans of LEGO productions.
