Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

In a salad bowl, pour the flour, salt, baker’s yeast, olive oil and lukewarm water. Knead by hand for 10 minutes (or 5 minutes in a food processor) until the dough is elastic and comes off the edges. Cover with a clean cloth and let stand for 1 hour in a warm place.

Preheat the oven to 230 ° C. Spread the dough on a floured work surface then place it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Wash the pears then cut them into slices. Peel the red onion and cut it into thin rings, then crush the pistachios. Whip the Kiri with a mixer.

Spread 3/4 of the cream obtained on the pizza then add the pear and red onion slices. Salt and pepper then sprinkle with crushed pistachios. Bake for 20 minutes of cooking. When serving, add a quenelle with the rest of the cream, sprinkle with pink berries and serve with a green salad.
