HGrégoire Infiniti Laval received the Order of Merit-Platinum for 2020. This is the highest distinction that Infiniti Canada bestows on its dealers. It highlights service excellence, sales volume and compliance with the standards set by the brand.

Last year on this date, this dealer received the Order of Merit-Gold.

“Our priority continues to be the satisfaction of our customers, both during the sale of a vehicle and during a service visit,” said Philippe Venne, General Manager of HGrégoire Infiniti Laval, in a press release published this week by the HGrégoire company.

“This distinction is therefore a source of great pride for our entire team, which sees their efforts rewarded. We certainly share this award with all of our customers, who have supported us for all these years, ”he adds.

Second recognition obtained in 2021

This is the second recognition that this concession has earned this year. In January, it became Infiniti Canada’s number one dealership for sales of new vehicles and certified pre-owned vehicles in 2020, despite the pandemic.

“We are very proud to see HGrégoire Infiniti Laval continue to set itself apart by exceeding expectations once again this year,” said Max Leblanc, Director of Operations, Dealers, Eastern Canada at Infiniti Canada. “It is thanks to the efforts of their great team that this distinction is awarded to them and we wish to congratulate them wholeheartedly. “

Remember that HGrégoire announced the acquisition of this concession in July 2017. Its Chomedey facilities were inaugurated on September 21 that year.
