Nokia smartphones will be entitled to Android 11. The official Twitter account has unveiled the release date for each model that will have the software update.
The first devices will have Android 11 sometime in the fourth quarter of 2020. There will be the Nokia 8.3 5G, Nokia 2.2, Nokia 5.3 and the Nokia 8.1. In the first quarter of 2021, it will be the turn of Nokia 1.3, Nokia 4.2, Nokia 2.4, Nokia 2.3 and Nokia 3.4. For the Nokia 3.2, Nokia 7.2 and Nokia 6.2, it will be in the first quarter or second quarter depending on the case. Finally, the Nokia 1 Plus and Nokia 9 Pureview will have to wait until the second quarter of 2021.

The tweet announcing the release schedule for Android 11 also indicates that 1,000 updates have been offered over the past three years for Nokia smartphones. This brings together the various security updates, in addition to the updates for major versions of Android. "To the next 1,000!" ", concludes the tweet.
Google released the final version of Android 11 last month for its Pixels. Now is the turn of the manufacturers to offer the update for their own phones. Some take longer than others.
