A specialty from Peru made from raw marinated fish, ceviche is a fresh and light dish, ideal for summer. Easy and quick to make, the ceviche recipe requires extra fresh white fish and a lime-based seasoning that will “cook” the fish.

The ingredients of Yannick’s ceviche recipe:

  • A fillet of extra fresh halibut
  • 20 cl of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Fresh or pickled ginger
  • Tabasco
  • Curry
  • 1 lime
  • 1 red onion
  • ½ cucumber
  • Coriander

Yannick’s advice : ceviche is eaten quickly after preparation. It can be prepared with other white fish such as cod, sea bream or sea bass.
