Lite ingredients for 6-8 people

Preparation: 20 minutes

Cooking: 40 minutes in the oven at 180 ° Th 6-7

  • 2 rolls of puff pastry

  • 2 eggs + 1 yolk for gilding

  • 100 g butter

  • 100 g caster sugar

  • 100 g ground almonds

  • 1 teaspoon of bitter almond extract

Preparation steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (th 6-7).

    Mix the butter with a fork or a small whisk to obtain an ointment butter, pour the sugar and mix until you obtain a cream.

  2. Add the eggs one by one, then the almond powder and the almond extract.

  3. Unroll the puff pastry and spread the cream over it. Cover with another roll of puff pastry, after putting the bean, and weld the edges well with water.

  4. Brown the surface with an egg yolk diluted in a little water. Be careful not to put gilding on the edges, otherwise the dough will not rise. Decorate your patty by stabbing with the back of the blade on top and around the edges.

  5. Bake for 40 minutes: the dough should be golden brown.
