PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones) – PSA and FCA automakers are hoping to sign their merger agreement within a month, according to La Stampa.
The Italian daily said this weekend on its website that the teams of two car manufacturers will work as of Monday to finalize the memorandum of understanding, the memorandum of understanding, to make their union sacred.
"The most optimistic are going so far as to say that an agreement, in every detail, can be reached within a month, more or less around the feast of the Immaculate Conception, on December 8," says La Stampa.
