This isn't the first time that an exceptional car has been offered for sale for a good cause, but it carries a special message of hope in a world mired in the difficulties of a never-ending health crisis. After a few days of auctions, which will end on October 29, the money raised by this Ferrari Roma offered by the brand in the color “Bianco Italia” with its superb Bordeaux-colored leather interior will benefit the association for the protection of children around the world. “Save the children” aims to offer disadvantaged children the opportunity to learn, grow up in safety and have a good start in life. Since its inception some 100 years ago, the organization can be proud of having helped improve the lives of over a billion children. The sale is open to North American buyers or foreigners who own property on the mainland, as the car will be delivered with local technical specifications.

Ferrari sees Roma as the worthy heir to some of the brand's most significant coupes, such as the 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso. With its V8 3.9 biturbo, the beautiful Italian offers a power of 620 hp for a torque of 760 Nm. It is governed by the spirit of the Italian Dolce Vita, brilliantly combining the performance of a super-sports car and the comfort of a GT. The Roma borrows its eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission from the SF90 Stradale. Its engine and gearbox combination enables it to sprint from 0 to 100 km / h in just 3.4 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 320 km / h.
The pristine white auction copy will be fitted with a carbon fiber front blade and rear diffuser, sports exhaust, Magnaride suspension and 20-inch “Forged Diamond” rims. Inside, the beautiful seats will be covered in burgundy leather, while the interior of the doors will feature carbon fiber. Additional options will also include the passenger screen, aluminum footrests for driver and passenger, leather headliner, premium Hi-Fi system and Apple CarPlay predisposition. The car will be delivered by the North American Ferrari dealership chosen by the highest bidder at the end of the auction on October 29, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. (French time).
