Magnus Racing will enter an Acura NSX GT3 Evo at the 24 Hours of Daytona at the end of January in partnership with Archangel. It will also be present for the entire IMSA season, with a car in the hands of John Potter and Andy Lally. They will welcome Spencer Pumpelly as a teammate for all four races of the North American Endurance Cup (NAEC), and Mario Farnbacher will join them as the fourth driver for Daytona.
Quadruple winner of the opening classic in GTD, Lally already has twenty participations in the Florida event to his credit, at 45 years old.
Pumpelly reprized his role in NAEC, where in 2020 he celebrated a second place finish at Daytona and a third place finish at Petit Le Mans with full-season drivers John Potter and Andy Lally. This year’s race will mark Pumpelly’s 20th appearance at Daytona.
Mario Farnbacher, double champion in the GTD category brings extensive experience of the Acura NSX GT3 Evo.
