On the road to vacation, it is always good to plan a small snack or a full meal to last the few hours of the journey. For this, it is better to plan dishes and desserts easy to transport and eat and therefore bet on foods that hold well, will not turn with the heat and do not necessarily require cutlery to be tasted. Are you lacking inspiration? It’s not serious ! Forget the industrial sandwiches of the train or the motorway rest areas, you will find in our selection many easy to take home recipes for a vacation.

Savory muffins and madeleines, cakes, wraps, pasta salads and many more: it’s up to you to choose which recipe will please you and your fellow travelers. For the little ones, don’t hesitate to plan a few sausage or merguez wraps accompanied by homemade chips. The mini tomato, Knacki and mustard quiches will also be very popular with the youngest.
