For Magnus Racing, 2021 is synonymous with the switch from Lamborghini to Acura with the entry of an NSX GT3 under the Magnus with Archangel banner. John Potter and Andy Lally’s Acura will start from 15th place for the qualifying race at Daytona International Speedway. Mario Farnbacher and Spencer Pumpelly are backing up for the 24 Hours of Daytona.
The Acura’s livery is classic with an all-white NSX GT3 and a Japanese flag on the doors. Since arriving in IMSA, Magnus Racing has been the championship team on the sidelines of all communication. The team led by John Potter is most often in the offbeat and 2021 is no exception to the rule.
If you follow Magnus Racing on Twitter, you will quickly realize that there isn’t a single photo of the Acura NSX GT3. Well, the photos are there but we can’t see the car. With each tweet, there is a little message that goes with the “photo”.
