Cyril Lignac advises the pear clafoutis recipe. To do this, in a blender, you need to put 160 grams of silky tofu, a pulp of a vanilla bean, a tablespoon of almond extract, to obtain a slightly fragrant side, and a tablespoon almond milk.
When this creamy cream is ready, you must then add 65 grams of flour and a tablespoon of cornstarch to thicken the preparation. Add 50 grams of sugar and 3 tablespoons of almond milk.
In a mold buttered with vegetable margarine, place 240 grams of ripe pears cut into pieces. In a mold, add the cream over the pears. Cook the preparation in an oven heated to 190 ° C for 40 minutes.
As a reminder, there is several varieties of pears in France which lend themselves to this recipe: William pear and Comice pear in particular.
