Here is the recipe for figs in salad, burrata and sesame by Cyril Lignac (Tous en cuisine, M6):
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 12 washed figs
- 12 grapes, washed and cut into quarters
- 200g of stracciatella (heart of burrata) or burrata or mozzarella at room temperature
- A few mint leaves
- Some sesame seeds
- Fleur de sel and freshly ground pepper
- Sesame vinaigrette: 1 tsp. tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar; 3 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
In a small salad bowl, mix together the white balsamic vinegar and the sesame oil. Reserve aside. Cut the figs into quarters.
In the plates, place the stracciatella cheese, season with pepper and fleur de sel, add the figs and grapes. Pour a few spoonfuls of vinaigrette, season again with fleur de sel and pepper, sprinkle with sesame, add mint.
