Ingredients for 4 persons
- 120g butter
- 90g dark chocolate
- 4 egg whites
- 150g sugar
- 50g flour
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Melt the chocolate and butter. Leave aside for the preparation to cool.
Whip the egg whites by pouring the sugar in rain. Add the flour. Gently mix with the spatula.
