Here is the recipe for small pots of chocolate cream by Christophe Michalak:


  • 250 g of water or cow’s milk, almonds …
  • 250 g dark chocolate

In a saucepan, pour 250 g of water or milk and 250 g of dark chocolate.
Bring to the boil for 1 min, stirring with a whisk. Mix, pour into small or large pots.
Leave to cool for one hour at room temperature, then at least four hours in the refrigerator.
Take the creams out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before tasting.

Christophe Michalak’s advice:
You can sprinkle the creams with fleur de sel and a dash of olive oil before tasting.
Wrapped in cling film, these creams can be kept for up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
