A new time, Chloé Monchalin, the chef of Filakia, reveals one of her recipes! After halloumi fries and zucchini fritters, the chef treats us with her recipe for feta psiti, a staple of the Greek gastronomy!

So, do we go to the kitchen?

Chloé Monchalin’s feta psiti recipe

For 6/8 people

Ingredients:

3 slices of feta 100gr
3 handfuls of cherry tomatoes
2 yellow peppers
2 red onions
Olive oil
Fresh oregano
Fresh herbs (parsley, coriander, mint)

Preparation:

Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in 2

Peel and mince the onions and peppers

Place the feta slices in a dish (casserole dish, fondue pot) then add the cut vegetables. Season with olive oil and add oregano.

Bake for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees

Out of the oven, sprinkle with the coarsely crushed fresh herbs. Serve hot with grilled pita
