This winter the Camembert all good! Delicious soft cheese with bloomy rind, it's not just the Normans who appreciate it. And associated with foie gras it's even better. Master cheese maker Michaël Belissa shares his recipe for Camembert with foie gras, original, easy but above all very delicious.

How to choose a good pie chart
Camembert says yes! Provided of course that it is well chosen. Master cheesemaker Michael Belissa gives us his advice:
- A good pie chart is first of all a pie chart molded by hand and ladle.
- He must be 100% Norman cows.
- And finally, you have to choose a Camembert raw milk.
Now you know everything!
The recipe for camembert with foie gras
- 1 Camembert
- 200g foie gras
- 150g mascarpone
- 20cl from Calvados
- 100g caramelized pralines
The preparation stages:
Step 1 : Cut the foie gras into pieces
2nd step : In a salad bowl, mix, using a electric mixer or a blender, the pieces of foie gras with the mascarpone.
Step 3: Dip your Camembert in a bowl of Calvados so that it is well soaked.
Step 4: Open the pie chart in half.
Step 5: As in a sandwich, brush the pieces of camembert with the preparation liver fatty / mascarpone.
Step 6: add between a slice of foie gras, then close the camembert.
Step 7: Flatten so that it closes tightly.
Step 8: Soak it Camembert with foie gras in a salad bowl caramelized pralines so that it’s completely covered.
Step 9: Shoot and let sit two o'clock in the refrigerator.
It's ready ! You can taste this delicious camembert with foie gras in Entrance or accompanied by green salad.
