Alexia Duchêne became known to the public by participating in Top chef in 2019. Butternut squash and chestnut crumble

For 4 people. Preparation: 20 minutes. Cooking: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 butternut squash
  • 100 g of chestnuts in a jar
  • 100g of flour
  • 100 g of parmesan
  • 100 g of soft butter
  • some young shoots
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt pepper

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Peel and cut the butternut squash into slices. Chop the chestnuts very roughly. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, lay out the squash slices and chestnuts, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake for about 15 minutes.

In a salad bowl, pour the flour, Parmesan cheese and butter and sand with your fingers. Place the squash and roasted chestnuts in individual ramekins and arrange the crumble on top. Lower the oven to 180 ° C and bake for about 20 minutes (the crumble should be golden).

Serve the crumble sprinkled with a burst of chestnuts and young shoots.
