The dish: Peas in almond milk, spinach leaves, salted granola (for 4 people)

Ingredients

Green pea soup:

  • 500g peas
  • 375g of almond milk
  • 1 onion

Granola:

  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 120g chia seeds
    60g goji berry
  • ½ teaspoon of fleur sel
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 egg white
  • 60 g grape seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

Salad :

  • 120g baby spinach
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 20g of pecorino (or cheese to your taste)
  • Salt pepper
  • 40g olive oil

Dessert: Energy balls (for 20 pieces)
