The comforting hot chocolate recipe from Maison Bonnat

Make the hot chocolate

Cut the tablet into pieces. Count at least 2 squares for a cup of chocolate.

Heat the milk and add the chocolate pieces.

Using a whisk, mix well and emulsify until the chocolate is completely melted.

Stir very vigorously with the whisk so that the chocolate is frothy.

Pour into a pretty cup or mug.


This drink can be prepared in advance. Let the preparation cool and set aside for up to two days in the cold.
