Since 2014, Le Slip Français supports the AFM-Téléthon through the "Bouge Ton Pompon" operation, which features the sale of hats designed with French designers. These exclusive collaborations have raised nearly 480,000 euros in six years for associations supported by the AFM-Telethon.
At the end of 2019, the brand called on Olivier Rousteing to design a new hat that could raise an additional 150,000 euros. The creative director of Balmain has put his passion for monochrome graphics to the service of this solidarity campaign, proposing an oversized houndstooth pattern topped by the three signature colors of the French Brief.
"I would like to thank Le Slip Franç̧ais for allowing my team and I to propose a resolutely Balmain style for this project for the benefit of AFM-Téléthon. I have known for a long time the work done thanks to the support of the AFM-Telethon because, like many French, I watch every winter the Telethon on television! That is why I am particularly pleased this year to participate, along with Balmain, in raising some of the necessary funds", says Olivier Rousteing in a statement.
The pompom cap is available on the e-shop of the French Brief at the price of 35 euros. The full benefits (10 euros per cap) will be donated to associations supported by the AFM-Telethon.
