To celebrate its 110th anniversary and honor its partnership with the 31st edition of the Coupe des Alpes, Alfa Roméo has just presented its flagship model to the French public for the first time: the Giulia GTAm.
the Coupe des Alpes is a historic rally that takes place from September 10 to 12 from Evian to Monaco.
The Giulia GTA, derived from the Quadrifoglio, receives a more powerful version of the Alfa Romeo 2.9 V6 bi-turbo engine which increases to 540 hp. Thanks to the intensive use of ultra-light materials, the GTA benefits from a significant weight reduction compared to the Giulia Quadrifoglio.
But Alfa Romeo wanted to go even further with the creation of a second legendary variant: the GTAm! This extreme 100% “street legal” version of the GTA is characterized by its only two bucket seats, its roll bar and its 6-point seat belts. Compared to the Quadrifoglio, it is 100 kg lighter.
The Giulia GTA and GTAm are available in only 500 certified and numbered units, at the respective prices of 171,600 € and 176,400 € incl.
