The new generations of the RS6 Avant and RS7 Sportback start their career with a 600 hp V8. The break is the least "expensive".
Always more. The previous Audi RS6 and RS7 had 560 hp in basic configuration and 605 hp in "performance" variant. The news starts directly at 600 ch! The block is a 4.0-liter V8 biturbo, with a maximum torque of 600 Nm. We have the tiptronic 8-speed box and of course the quattro all-wheel drive. In France, models are sold in series with a maximum speed of 280 km / h.
And there is obviously not only the power that climbs: prices too. The new RS6 Avant is charged € 129,150 and the RS7 Sportback is displayed at € 138,500. However, we note that these prices are finally placed between what was done in April 2016 at the launch of previous performance variants. The normal RS6 560 hp was at the time € 125,110 but the performance of 605 was € 133,740.
Standard for both models are 21-inch wheels, Matrix-type optics, leather / alcantara upholstery, Virtual Cockpit and Bang and Olufsen high-end audio system. But the catalog of options remains very thick, with the usual stinginess, as the camera reading signs billed € 250! We will especially remember the options that improve the sportiness of the models, with the sports exhaust RS at € 1,700 or the pack Dynamic RS plus which allows a maximum speed of 305 km / h, billed … € 11,000.
