Following a call for tenders, Audi France entrusts its digital marketing to the Tribal, Romance and ESN Micropole agencies. Audi, in a press release "thanks Mullen Lowe Group France for these five years of fruitful collaboration (…) who allowed (…) to make great advances in the digital field". The Tribal agency will support Audi France in the development of its digital marketing, CRM / PRM and brand content strategy. The Romance agency wins digital communication and thus continues its collaboration started in 2015. The advertising and digital teams and PRM / CRM will be brought together on the same platform at Romance. Finally, to accelerate its digital transformation, Audi France will partner with ESN Micropole, which will be in charge of technical developments and associated infrastructures. Lahouari Bennaoum, Director of Audi France specifies " this new organization will allow Audi France to take an additional step in the digitalization of its communication, its services and its prospecting program ".
